Do we offer any warranty?

Yes, we offer a 5 Year Structural Warranty on our IE & IX Series Canopies and a 3 Year Structural Warranty on our AE Series canopies. Visit our Warranty Terms page for additional information.

Can you help me with boating accessories?

Yes. Our Adventure Ezi Loader, exclusive to AWL Canopies, will make transform the chore of loading your boat onto the roof of your vehicle. We have manual and electric winch operated models available.

Will an AWL canopy fit my vehicle?

AWL manufactures canopies to suit a wide range of vehicle makes and models (single, extra, and dual cab utes). It is best to contact them directly with your vehicle’s make, model, and year to confirm the correct fitment.

Can I transfer my canopy to a new vehicle?

In many cases, an AWL canopy can be transferred from an old vehicle to a new one (sometimes for up to 15 years), which can make it a worthwhile investment. You would need to check compatibility and any associated transfer costs.

What internal and external accessories can I add?

The accessory options are extensive and can include internal fit-outs like shelving, drawers, storage trays, and fridge slides. External accessories often include roof racks, extension racks, ladder slides/carriers, underbody toolboxes, water tanks, and awnings.

How is the canopy installed? Is it a permanent or removable fit?

Canopies can be fitted permanently (glued/bolted) or installed with a base rail system which allows for easy removal (lift-off system) if required.

How do I register my canopy for the warranty?

AWL requires the Original Purchaser to register the product, often within 30 days of purchase, by submitting a Warranty Registration Card.

What are the standard inclusions?

For our IE and IX canopies, our standard inclusions are:

5 Year Warranty
Australia wide dealer network and backup support
Fully integrated slam lock central locking system
Vehicle Alert System – driver alert door open warning
Led internal lighting

What types of canopies does AWL offer?

Are your canopies made of fibreglass or metal?

Do the canopies come with central locking?

Yes, central locking is a standard feature on their premium canopies and is typically integrated with the vehicle’s central locking system for ease of use.

Can I get a custom interior fit-out for my business or leisure needs?

Yes, AWL specialises in custom configurations to suit unique requirements, whether for a trade fleet (e.g., specialised tool storage) or for leisure/camping (e.g., power supply, fridge, or even rooftop tent setups).

How much does an AWL canopy cost?

Pricing is customised and depends on the canopy model (AE, IE, IX), the size, and the accessories chosen. It is best to request a personalised quote from AWL or an authorised dealer.
